Have these products been field tested?

Yes, tested extensively.  The ClipSigns system was initally developed over 8 years ago for use exclusively by a company that produced large press receptions at high tech tradeshows.  Not only have the components been in regular use for years, some components and details have been improved over the years for better performance.  These press receptions required signage for 25-65 vendors to be in place with minimal setup time.  Also there was a requirement for lightweight materials and a system that did not obstruct the view or movements of the participants.

What kind of signs can I attach using the ClipSigns system?

We suggest you use fairly lightweight sign substrate material such as corrugated plastic, foam core, or posterboard, but you can attach any rigid flat sign.  You can actually attach all kinds of materials, but we recommend testing first before using in public.  Also our recommendation is not to exceed a sign weight of about 1 pound (which is quite heavy for a show sign) and if you need to use a sign wider than about 3 feet go with a double pole sign kit.

Is there a quarantee on the products?

Yes, we guarantee all of our ClipSigns kit components for a full year for defects or unreasonable failures.  Of course if things get too wild and someone uses one for pole vaulting over their cubicle we cannot cover that.  We also have a 30-day money-back guarantee so if you decide for any reason it is not for you, just get an RMA number from us and send it back for a refund.

How do I support the ClipSigns poles?

The ClipSigns kits come with one or more table clamps.  These clamps are designed to attach to the edge of a folding table, or other display surface.  That's not to say you can't get creative with how and where the poles are supported.  The standard 1" clamps can accomodate many materials up to 1" thick.  Our larger 2" clamps will, as you might expect, attach to objects up to 2" thick and we also have a large 3" clamp.  Contact us if you have an unusual request.

What accessories are available for ClipSigns?

At this point we have spare or replacement clamps, extra sign clips in various quantities, and our optional, larger 3 " clamp.  Soon we will be adding sign backing material, custom sign printing and a variety of preprinted signs (such as VISA/MasterCard/American Express logo signs) with clips pre-attached.  Please check back soon.

How quickly can I get a ClipSigns kit?

We ship by U.S. Priority Mail for 2-day delivery to most locations in the U.S. or by UPS Ground.  If you need next day delivery contact us first to verify we have what you need in stock and that we can get a shipment out in time.
